How difficult is the installation of a Dynavin navigation system in my Jeep?
Most owners complete the installation in 1–2 hours. The Dynavin uses the same connectors and wiring harness as the original radio – no cutting, no soldering, and no coding required. How well do Wireless CarPlay and Android Auto perform?
The system supports both wired and wireless CarPlay and Android Auto. The wireless connection (Bluetooth + Wi-Fi) is fast and stable, including automatic connection when entering the vehicle. Split-screen display (e.g. navigation + music) is fully supported. Switching between two smartphones is generally straightforward. Most Jeep drivers use Wireless CarPlay almost exclusively and are very satisfied with it.
Are the steering wheel controls, original amplifier, and subwoofer fully retained?
Yes, all factory functions remain 100% intact. The CAN-Bus integrator ensures that the steering wheel remote control (volume, track skip, phone, voice assistant) works perfectly. The original amplifier, subwoofer, fader/balance, and 16-band EQ settings are fully compatible. Many users even report a noticeable improvement in sound quality – without additional adapters or modifications.
Where is the microphone located and how is the call quality?
Digital noise-cancelling microphones are included and are installed discreetly in the dashboard area (usually above the high-beam indicator). Voice quality is very good – even at higher speeds or with the soft top open. If the position is not optimal, we are happy to help with an adjustment.
How is the DAB+ reception and sound quality?
The system is supplied with a high-quality DAB+/DAB antenna and switches seamlessly to FM if digital reception becomes weaker. On soft-top models, reception may vary slightly depending on the antenna position – a signal booster solves this in most cases. Thanks to the DSP with 16-band EQ and time correction, the system sounds significantly better than the original radio.
How does it connect to the internet?
Via the built-in Wi-Fi module. Connect to your phone’s hotspot or any Wi-Fi network to access the Google Play Store, online navigation, and streaming apps.
How long is the warranty and how does support work in case of problems?
All Dynavin devices come with a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty. In case of any issues, you can open a ticket at any time via our Support Center to receive fast and competent assistance from the Dynavin team.
