If you have a technical question or need help with your device, you can create a support ticket. The processing time of a support ticket is only on working days and can take up to 48 hours.

To ensure that our support requests are better organized, we use this support ticket system. In order for us to help you as quickly as possible, please describe your problem in as much detail as possible and attach photos or videos to the ticket.

Each ticket is assigned a unique ticket number, which you can use to track the status of the ticket online at any time.
