Why we don’t offer telephone support?

We do not offer phone support as we sincerely believe that we will be able to provide better support online service by Support-Ticket-System.

The best way to reach us is by Support-Ticket-System, simply click the “New Ticket” and send us a message if you can’t find what you’re looking for in our Knowledge Base Search (FAQ). We’ll get back to you within one business day, but more often than not, we’ll respond to your within a few hours.

We decided to keep our support online for a few reasons:

  • We knew the decision to omit phone support was unusual, but after experimenting with different methods, we found that starting with Support Ticket System provided the fastest response.
  • Support Ticket System allows us quickly find your account and related information to look up any issues.
  • A picture speaks a thousand words. It helps us to understand and troubleshoot problems more effectively when you attach a picture of the problem you’re having to your ticket for us. and we like to share pictures, installation files and instructional videos to show you exactly what to do.
  • Instead of sitting by the phone all day, you’ll be able to continue your day while we diagnose the problem. Once we have a solution, we will keep you updated.
  • We keep all detailed records in our support ticket system. No one wants to have to explain over and over again the problems they encounter. In the history records we can serve you more efficiently and making everything crystal clear.
  • We have a multilingual support team that can talk to you in your own language.
